Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a gentle medical technique designed to stimulate lymph flow and reduce fluid buildup in the body.
Clients seek lymphatic drainage when:

MLD sessions are carefully tailored to encourage healthy lymph circulation and help the body move excess fluid. This is extremely helpful after joint replacements and cancer treatment. It is a particularly important support following abdominoplasties, liposuction, mommy makeovers, BBLs, arm lifts, thigh lifts, and breast augmentations.
The goal is to reduce swelling, accelerate healing, and restore healthy lymphatic function.
Meet Stephanie
Stephanie Porcaro, LMT, brings 23 years of experience and a personalized approach to every massage therapy session. She helps clients reduce pain and tension, restore movement, and find greater balance through therapeutic massage and specialized techniques. She is also certified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Plastic Surgery Therapy, with a special focus on supporting clients through post-operative recovery.

Massage by Stephanie serves the Prescott area with outstanding professional therapeutic and lymphatic drainage massage.
The studio is located conveniently to Prescott, Prescott Valley, and Chino Valley just off of Highway 69, after Frontier Village but before Calvary Church. Look for the green Massage by Stephanie sign on Highway 69. There is ample parking up front, including handicapped parking.
In-studio and in-home sessions are both available. For those who are post-op or with mobility challenges, consider scheduling a mobile session.
